PINK, it was love at first sight


Do you remember that Aerosmith song "Pink"? I think it of it every time I look at this session and wish I knew how to attach music to this blog.


While I love a clean white studio, I have to say, a bold pink studio session was oh so fun to photograph. If you've ever heard of "color drenching" in interior design, this feels like the equivalent for photography. I didn't even try to edit away the color cast from the pink because I consider that part of the fun.



And if it couldn't get more fantastic, this in home studio also had the most beautiful bath tub with natural light that we 100% took advantage of. So if your home bathroom has a window, do consider the bath or shower an acceptable place for your next maternity session.
