The settling in stage


There's nothing quite like a newborn session at home. Documenting your family in the space where all these new little moments are actually happening. We spent the morning soaking in that impossibly small, brand new energy, tiny fingers, sleepy eyes, and all the quiet chaos that comes with a newborn and toddler in the house for this special session. Everything felt unhurried, relaxed and real, exactly how these first few weeks should feel.


When I talked to this client about possible locations for their family session they were really excited to do it at home. They had been in this home a long time and every detail had been carefully and slowly curated through the years. It meant a lot to be able to document their growing family in the home they had poured so much love into. Love that is now poured into their children.
